  • Our warmest yoga session. A fixed sequence of Hatha poses designed to build core strength and maximum flexibility. The steady pace and heat allow for a deep, focused practice that clears the mind and body.

  • Find your flow. In this dynamic class, we connect fluid movement with conscious breath. The gentle warmth supports your muscles, allowing you to flow through transitions with more ease and focus.

  • A focused class centered on deep core activation. Slow, controlled movements strengthen the abdominals, back and stabilizing muscles, improving posture, control and body awareness. Expect to move with focus and leave feeling strong.
