4. Video Surveillance (CCTV)

Studio Sintel may use a limited video surveillance system within its premises for security and safety purposes.

  • Cameras are only installed in common areas (e.g. entrance)

  • Never in private areas (toilets, changing rooms, showers)

  • Access is restricted to authorised persons

  • Footage is not used for marketing or profiling

Recordings are kept for a maximum of 48 hours, unless required for investigation or legal purposes.

Clear signage is displayed at the entrance.

5. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or significant effects.

  • Client account data: up to 3 years after last interaction
