(“Studio Sintel”, “we”, “us”)
These Terms govern the relationship between Studio Sintel and its clients (“Client”, “you”).
2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all services, products, bookings and purchases made with Studio Sintel, both online and in-studio.
By purchasing or attending a class, workshop or service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
3. Services and Products
Studio Sintel offers:
Drop-in classes (single session)
Class packs (fixed number of sessions with expiry)
Memberships (recurring monthly subscriptions)
Workshops & events
Retail products (e.g. towels, merchandise)
Activation
Class packs activate upon first booking
Memberships activate on the purchase date
Age
Classes are open to clients aged 16 and above
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in EUR and include VAT
Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase
Accepted payment methods are those available via the website/app or at the studio
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis
Cancellation must be done at least 7 days before renewal
Failed payments
Studio Sintel reserves the right to:
retry payments
temporarily suspend access
cancel the membership
5. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases)
In accordance with Belgian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
Exceptions:
This right does not apply to:
services already used (e.g. attended classes)
bookings with a fixed date (e.g. workshops)
activated memberships or class packs

Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
6. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking
All classes must be booked via the website or app.
Check-in
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class
Late entry is not allowed
Cancellation
Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance
Late cancel / No-show
The session will be deducted from your pack or membership
No refunds or credits will be given
7. Studio Rules
To maintain a high-quality experience:
Conduct
Respect other clients and instructors
Phones must be on silent
No filming or photography without permission
Hygiene & Equipment
Clean equipment after use
Return all props to their place
Wear appropriate attire
For hygiene reasons, a towel is required during every class
Footwear
No outdoor shoes in the studio
Shoes must be removed upon entry
Personal belongings
Studio Sintel is not responsible for loss, theft or damage
8. Health and Liability
By participating in classes:
You confirm you are physically fit to participate
You participate at your own risk
You acknowledge that classes may take place in a heated environment, which can increase physical intensity
Studio Sintel is not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence
We recommend consulting a doctor if you have any medical conditions or concerns.
9. Schedule Changes and Cancellations
Studio Sintel reserves the right to:
change the schedule
replace instructors
cancel classes if necessary
If a class is cancelled by us:
you will receive a credit or alternative booking
10. Suspension Policy (Memberships)
One suspension per year
Minimum: 1 week
Maximum: 2 weeks
Medical suspension
Up to 2 months with medical certificate
Requests must be sent via email before the suspension period starts.
11. Retail Products
Retail products may not be returned once used
For hygiene reasons, items such as towels are non-returnable unless defective
Defective products must be reported within 7 days of purchase
12. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
13. Force Majeure
Studio Sintel is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g. pandemics, strikes, technical failures).
14. Transferability
Memberships and class packs are personal and non-transferable
15. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
In case of disputes:
Parties will first attempt amicable resolution
Failing that, disputes fall under the competent courts of Gent
